The Faculty of Education and Teacher Training was developed on the basis of the MORA Regulation Number 56/ 1968 dated 28 March 1968. According to the MORA Regulation number 6 /2006 the name was changed to be The Faculty of Education and Teacher Training. 

The aim of the Faculty of Education and Teacher Training is to produce graduates in education and instruction who are competent and professional in conducting education and instruction.

The educational program conducted at this faculty is classified into two:
